H & U is a newly launched cultural association composed mainly of University Professors and Researchers in the fields of Social and Human Sciences. Our main objective is to organize and facilitate the coming together of scientific thought and cultural and artistic events in the city of Beirut, in order to give the full meaning to the mention of "Arts and Sciences"
Three general thematics have been launched around which a number of events and publications are to be created:
LOVE AND THE CITY ® / THE BODY OF SPACE ® / IS BEIRUT SPECIAL? ®
Human and Urban est une nouvelle association culturelle qui est née de la volonté de jeter des ponts entre des recherches pluridisciplinaires en sciences humaines et sociales, des projets artistiques et le vécu urbain dans Beyrouth, et ce, à travers la promotion d'événements et de publications ayant pour thème ou décor la Ville.
Trois grands thèmes ont été proposés et autour desquels plusieurs projets et événéments sont programmés pour 2009 (voir ci-dessus)
